Jerry Fradella
Managing Director
Jerry Fradella joined Franklin Global Inc. after a career as an FBI Special Agent spanning more than 27 years, retiring December 2023. Mr. Fradella served in various investigative assignments during his career to include Asian Organized Crime, Domestic Terrorism, Civil Rights/Hate Crimes, International Terrorism, Counterintelligence, and Undercover Operations. He was also Team Leader for FBI Los Angeles’ surveillance group.

Mr. Fradella was selected as member of the FBI Los Angeles SWAT team in 1998, operating on both assault and sniper teams. He participated in nationwide manhunts connected to domestic terrorism investigations and overseas deployments to Nairobi, Kenya and Kabul, Afghanistan for counterterrorism operations. Mr. Fradella participated on numerous security details to include those of three different United St
States Attorney Generals. Additionally, he participated in several major events as a crisis management investigator.

Noteworthy, one of Mr. Fradella’s FBI cases investigated a Los Angeles gang at the federal level for racially motivated murders and assaults. This was a precedent setting case in which the five defendants each received multiple life sentences. For this case, Mr. Fradella received the Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Services, the Justice Department’s highest award.
Prior to joining the FBI, Mr. Fradella worked in industrial sales and hotel marketing management. He has also lived in South Korea and has a Korean language specialty.
Mr. Fradella resides in southern Orange County, CA, and since joining Franklin Global Inc., provides security consulting, executive protection and investigative services for its clients.
